This is a pedestrianised part of Third Street, that stretches for three blocks from Wilshire Boulevard to Broadway. High street stores - Abercrombie & Fitch, an Apple store, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble - are interspersed with restaurants and cafes, and there's also a cinema here. The streets around Third Street are also considered part of Downtown Santa Monica, with more bars and restaurants. A lovely place to spend a few hours!
